Ticket Rules

Tickets will be closed after 3 days if the submitter does not respond to requests from IT
 

Do not create multiple tickets for the same issue. (Multiple tickets will be combined and closed with the existing ticket)
 

Mailouts and SMS need to be submitted by 1pm with all required information and approvals to ensure they go out the same day.  Any submissions after 1pm may be delayed until the next working day depending on IT workloads and availability
